These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tidelinereviews.org and any services provided by Tideline Reviews ("Tideline," "we," "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. This is a general template for an early-stage business and is not a substitute for legal advice — we recommend having these Terms reviewed by an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction before relying on them.
Tideline provides reputation management and advertising management services for local businesses, including review monitoring, review response drafting, Google Business Profile upkeep (where authorized), review-generation strategy, and Google Ads campaign management (available on the Growth plan). The specific scope of services is described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to search rankings, review volume, star ratings, lead volume, click-through rates, or revenue. Marketing and advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market, competition, and platform policies.
Where our services require access to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, or similar platforms, you will grant that access through the platform's own authorization tools (such as adding Tideline as an authorized manager). We do not request or store your account passwords. You may revoke this access at any time, though doing so may limit our ability to provide services.
Where applicable, advertising budget is paid directly by you to the relevant advertising platform (such as Google Ads) and is separate from and not included in your subscription fee to Tideline. We do not mark up advertising spend.
Services are provided on a subscription basis at the pricing tier you select. Fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed at signup. We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@tidelinereviews.org. Upon cancellation, we will wind down services and remove any authorized access to your accounts within a reasonable timeframe.
You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests for input or approval, and ensure you have the legal authority to grant Tideline access to any business accounts connected to our services.
We do not guarantee the removal of legitimate reviews. Where a review appears to violate a platform's own policies (such as spam or fraudulent content), we may report it for the platform's review, but the platform makes the final determination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tideline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website, including loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tideline Reviews is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (This section should be updated with your specific state once finalized.)
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@tidelinereviews.org.
